Frequently Asked Questions

Below are our most commonly asked questions and answers. If you do not find an answer to your question here, please contact support.

What is difference between SOCKS and HTTP(S) Proxies?

SOCKS is an Internet protocol that works on a specialized proxy server and works not only for Web browsing, but also works on applications like video games, instant messenger clients, and any program you have on your computer that supports it! HTTP proxies are more primarily used only for web browsing clients like Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer.

What does private proxy mean?

Private proxies mean that you and only you have access to that IP. We do not re-sell that IP as long as it is under your plan and you are continuously using our services unless you otherwise request it. Other companies claim to be private but really sell the same IP’s to other customers, don’t get fooled!

What locations do you guys offer?

We offer private and dedicated proxies located in the West Coast (Arizona, California, Nevada, Seattle), East Coast (Washington D.C., New York, Massachusetts, Philadelphia), Canada (Toronto), Germany, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom (London).

Are there any discounts?

The discounts we do offer are public knowledge. We do not offer any other discounts other than what might be on our website.

What if I want more than 50 Proxies?

We can, on special occasion, handle bigger orders. We may or may not require some sort of ID for larger orders to deter fraudulent orders. Contact support for more information regarding bigger plans.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal and all major Credit Card and Debit Cards through Paypal.
